Shu Lamp

Shu Lamp derives from the poetic reinterpretation of the landscape and nature. The name “Shu” means “trees” in Chinese. The piece intends to capture a vertical movement and express the parallel relationship between heaviness and lightness. It is a vertical element, like a brushstroke, that grows out of the ground with an indentation emitting light. When placed in interior space, linear LED strip with diffuser softly lights up the room. A set of three lights allows various combinations to fit a particular space. Brightness adjustable with a dimmer switch. Handmade in white oak.
